Three Engagements
Work the studio
takes on, and how.
Three services, each with a defined scope and a considered process. Priced transparently, paced to suit the brief.
Back to HomeHow We Work
Each service is a defined engagement, not an open-ended arrangement.
The three services at Vector Flow Lab cover the main areas where the studio's practice is strongest: illustration, motion, and visual identity. Each has a clear scope, an agreed timeline, and a structured process for feedback and revision.
If your project sits across more than one area — an identity system with accompanying illustration assets, for instance — that's a conversation worth having. The services can be combined where the brief calls for it.

Choosing
Not sure which service fits your project?
Start with illustration if
You have a specific subject, placement, or application in mind — a publication, a packaging brief, a single campaign asset — and need a visual that holds its character across sizes and uses.
Start with motion if
You have an event, a product, or an editorial piece that would benefit from a short sequence — and you want the production planning to feel considered rather than rushed.
Start with brand system if
Your organisation is preparing for a measured rollout and needs a complete, documented visual identity — one that your team can apply consistently without returning to the studio for each new use.
If your project sits across categories, or you're not certain which applies, an initial conversation will clarify things quickly. There's no obligation in reaching out.
Ask a QuestionProcess
Regardless of service, the engagement structure is the same.
01
Conversation
Scope, intent, and context established together before any work is agreed or invoiced.
02
Direction
Early drafts, sketches, or treatment documents present the direction clearly before full execution begins.
03
Refinement
Agreed revision rounds are worked through with written notes — each point addressed, none overlooked.
04
Delivery
Files arrive organised, labelled, and ready to use — with brief notes on application where helpful.
